Olevorr reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised terms.

To place an order, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

3. Product Information & Orders

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified, but you may return eligible items per our return policy.

4. Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be completed through our secure gateways. We are not responsible for payment failures due to banking issues.
If your payment is debited but the order is not placed, contact us at support@olevorr.com, and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Olevorr currently ships within India only.
Shipping charges vary based on order value and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, except for boxers, innerwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
Sale items cannot be returned but may be exchanged for a different size based on availability
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellation is not possible.

7. Gift Cards & Points

Olevorr does not currently offer gift cards
If points are issued, these will be valid for a specified period and cannot be converted to cash.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Olevorr is not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions.
Use of third-party services through our website is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Olevorr website, including images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Olevorr and cannot be used without permission.

10. User Conduct

Users must not misuse our website by transmitting malware, engaging in fraudulent activities, or violating laws.
Olevorr reserves the right to restrict access or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

Olevorr is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

12. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or internet disruptions.

13. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Pune, India.
