1. Easy & Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
- You have 10 days from delivery to request a return or exchange—we want you to love what you wear!
- Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, inner wears, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, and sale items cannot be returned; however, they can be exchanged for a different size depending on the product's availability.
- Not sure about sizing? Feel free to reach out before ordering—we’re happy to assist!
2. Simple Steps to Return or Exchange
We’ve made the process smooth and stress-free:
- Write to us at support@olevorr.com along with order id to raise return/exchange request.
- Once reviewed, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
- Need an exchange? We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original one!
3. Shipping & Charges
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect—we’re fair about this!
- If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue you a points or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Quick & Easy Refunds
- As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days—no unnecessary delays.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Need to Cancel or Change Your Order? We Understand!
We know plans change, and we want to make things easy for you:
- You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it—no problem at all!
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled, but don’t worry—you can always return it later.
- Want a different size or color? Simply cancel within the allowed time and place a new order—we’re always here to help!
6. Received a Wrong or Damaged Item? We’ve Got You Covered!
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, just let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share a few pictures with us, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or a full refund — no extra cost, no stress.
